How much does executive coaching cost in Malaysia?
Costs vary with the coach's experience, the number of sessions and the length of the engagement. I quote a clear fee after understanding your goals and timeline.
How long does executive coaching take?
Most engagements run for several months, with regular sessions so there is time to try things between conversations. We agree the length and goals at the start.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between us unless you choose otherwise. If your company is sponsoring the coaching, we agree upfront what progress is shared.
Is executive coaching HRD Corp claimable?
I am a Registered Training Provider with HRD Corp. Whether a specific programme is claimable depends on your company's HRD Corp registration and levy balance, and on HRD Corp's approval of the programme. Contact me and we will confirm for your situation.
