Corporate team building in Malaysia, beyond the usual games
Good team building gives a team room to reconnect, not another set of games. I design retreats, team resets and openness sessions in Malaysia, including Open Waters, a sunset experience on the water that helps people feel present, open and enough. Choose the format that matches where your team is right now.

Who this is for
HR and people teams planning offsites, leaders resetting a team after change or a hard quarter, and companies that want trust, not just fun.
What I cover
- Open Waters, the sunset team experience
- Leadership retreats and offsites
- Team resets after restructuring or change
- Openness and trust sessions
- Creativity and innovation workshops
How it works
Sessions run in-house at your office or at a venue of your choice. Tell me your goal, group size and timeline, and I will propose a format, then tailor the content to your people and your industry.
Questions people ask
What is the best team building activity for a company?
The one that matches your goal: recovery after a tough quarter, better communication, or trust between teams. Define the goal first, then choose the format.
What is Open Waters?
Open Waters is my team experience at sunset on the water. It is an inward experience with music and dance, not group games or frameworks. The Open Waters page has the details.
How do you measure the impact of team building?
Look for changes you can observe: how openly people speak, how teams work together, and retention. Agree one or two signs before the event and revisit them afterwards.
How far ahead should we plan?
A few weeks is usually enough for a half-day session. Retreats and boat experiences need longer because venues fill up. Tell me your dates and I'll advise.
Is team building HRD Corp claimable?
I am a Registered Training Provider with HRD Corp. Whether a specific programme is claimable depends on your company's HRD Corp registration and levy balance, and on HRD Corp's approval of the programme. Contact me and we will confirm for your situation.
Let's talk about your team.
Tell me what your people are working through. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to help.
