AI training for companies in Malaysia
Good AI training starts with how your people actually work, then teaches the tools and judgement they need. I train leaders, managers and non-technical teams in Malaysia to use AI confidently and responsibly, in plain language, with time for questions. Sessions are in-house and tailored to your industry. I am a Registered Training Provider with HRD Corp.

Who this is for
Leadership teams deciding where AI fits, and teams in marketing, service, sales and operations who want to use it well without a technical background.

- AI champions and internal trainer networks
- AI operations design
How it works
Sessions run in-house at your office or at a venue of your choice. Tell me your goal, group size and timeline, and I will propose a format, then tailor the content to your people and your industry.
Questions people ask
Do employees need technical skills to attend AI training?
No. Sessions are designed for non-technical people, using plain language and examples from your own work.
Should we train leaders or staff first?
Usually leaders first, so they can set direction and rules for use. Teams then learn within those rules. If time is short, running both in the same month works well.
Which AI tools do you cover?
I focus on the skills and judgement that carry across tools, and use the tools your company already approves. I confirm the tools with you before the session.
How can employees use AI safely at work?
Agree what data can and cannot be shared, keep a person responsible for checking outputs, and be open about where AI was used. I cover these basics in every session.
Is AI training HRD Corp claimable?
I am a Registered Training Provider with HRD Corp. Whether a specific programme is claimable depends on your company's HRD Corp registration and levy balance, and on HRD Corp's approval of the programme. Contact me and we will confirm for your situation.
